Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return guidelines carefully.

1. Eligible for Return

We accept returns only if:

• Wrong product delivered

• Damaged product received

• Major defect in fabric (verified after inspection)

2. Not Eligible for Return

• Colour variation due to screen settings

• Sarees with fall/pico/blouse stitching done

• Used, washed, or altered products

• Clearance / offer / sale products

• Minor weaving irregularities in handwoven items

3. Return Process

• Raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

• Provide clear photos/videos showing the issue.

• Once approved, the product must be shipped back in unused condition with original packaging.

4. Refund Process

Refund will be issued:

• After we receive and inspect the returned product

• Refund may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account

Refunds will be given as:

• Store credit

• Bank transfer (if applicable)

5. Exchange Policy

Exchange is possible ONLY if:

• Same product is available in stock

• Customer pays the difference amount (if any)

6. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before shipping.
Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
